Trying to learn music theory as a beginner, I had a hard time getting started. There are great books on music theory, but most of them are really detailed, and I always thought it would be great if they would be interactive, to make it easier to understand things. Then there are awesome YouTube videos, but I found it difficult to find one at the right level of knowledge and detail.
On this page, I'm trying to explain things from the ground up, and provide interactive tools and visualizations to illustrate how things work, and to apply the knowledge to your instrument. I'll be building the site as I continue to learn, so it will be growing and changing over time. Please reach out with feedback and improvements, I'll try to get this site to be the best it can be, and be as helpful as possible to as many people as possible
I build this site in my free time, so it will take a while to get all the content in place. If you want to help out, please contact me. I'd appreciate if you can help keep the site up and running through a small donation!
